Suresh T S, Director, has been a part of ICICI Venture's Legal Department since 1990. He overseas the legal aspects of the Private Equity business in ICICI Venture. He has hands on experience in transaction advisory, due diligence, documentation and exit modalities. As head of Private Equity legal advisory, he is also closely involved in supporting the investment team in the process of due diligence, documentation, monitoring of investments, compliance, portfolio related issues and exits. During his tenure at ICICI Venture he has worked on an array of transactions like incubation, start up, mezzanine, buy outs and mergers and acquisitions.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and a Bachelor of Law Degree from the University of Bangalore. He has also participated in an Executive Development Program at Harvard University, USA.
