Mr. Bajoria joined the Investment Adviser in 2000 and is currently a Director – Investments. Mr. Bajoria has a total of 10 years of experience
in private equity. He has been a member of the Real Estate Investment Team for the
past five years and has real estate experience across sourcing deals, appraisal
of investment proposals, valuation and structuring. Mr. Bajoria has been closely
involved in all aspects of several Indian real estate transactions, including I-Ven
Township, Lodha Elevation, Entertainment World Developers and Express Towers. Prior
to joining the real estate team, Mr Bajoria was actively involved in managing investments made by the Investment Adviser in the Small and Medium Enterprise (“SME”) segment.
Prior to joining the Investment Adviser, he worked for two years at Reliance Industries Limited. Mr. Bajoria holds a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from
Manipal Institute of Technology and a Master’s Degree in Management from the School
of Management, IIT, Mumbai.
