Rahul joined ICICI Venture in 2008 and focuses on mezzanine investments. Prior to joining ICICI Venture, Rahul was working with Ernst & Young in their Corporate Finance and Investment Banking team. In this role, he was responsible for Deal Origination and Execution in the Aviation, Construction, Roads and Power sectors across all products including debt, equity and mezzanine structures. Rahul began his career with CRISIL in their Ratings Division.

Rahul has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineer from VJTI, Mumbai and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
