Our Private Equity business currently manages three third-party capital funds:

• India Advantage Fund Series 3

These funds represent an aggregate original corpus of USD 1.45 billion. We are currently investing out of India Advantage Fund Series 3, which is a diversified, buyout and late-stage growth capital fund. Our investment philosophy is driven by the pursuit of transactions with established enterprises that are leaders or potential leaders in their respective markets. A clear proposition for value creation is a must.
