Parag joined ICICI Venture in 2008 and focuses on investments in the media, entertainment and financial services space. He was earlier a part of the fund raising team of ICICI Venture's India Advantage Fund Series 3 where he played an important role in raising funds from key institutional investors. Prior to joining ICICI Venture, he worked as a Deputy Manager in the Business Development (Infrastructure) Group of Reliance Energy. In this role, he was involved in the business analysis of Mass Rapid Transit Systems and Real Estate Projects. Parag began his career as a Business Leadership Trainee with Hindustan Unilever.

Parag has a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Narsee Monjee College, Mumbai University and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
