Jayashree joined ICICI Venture in Dec 2007 and brings more than 18 years of experience in Corporate Finance and Accounts. At ICICI Venture, she will be a part of the Finance and Accounts team functions at Bangalore.
Jayashree has a strong domain experience in corporate finance and accounting process; cross-functional, multi disciplinary and team lead experience. She started her career with Kumbhat and Company in 1989 and thereafter she moved into the UB group. She had a long stint with the UB group and was their Sr. General Manager-Finance & Accounts at United Breweries Holdings Limited, before joining ICICI Venture.
She is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Cost Works Accountants of India. She has also completed diploma in Information Systems Audit from ICAI.
