Dev joined ICICI Venture in 2007 and heads the Legal & Compliance function at ICICI Venture. He has varied experience of about 20 years in different industries which include Consumer Durables, Automobiles, Fast Moving Consumer Goods & Hospitality. Besides handling Legal Affairs, he has handled Corporate Affairs and Taxation in the Companies that he has worked for. Prior to joining ICICI Venture, he was Vice President (Legal) & Company Secretary of the Indian Hotels Company Limited
Dev has been nominated on Committees of Apex Industry Organizations such as Confederation of Indian Industry and Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry concerning regulatory and Intellectual Property related matters. He has also represented the Industry before Parliamentary Committees dealing with food and related laws.
Dev is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has received a Law degree from the University of Delhi.
