ICICI Venture and Tishman Speyer's 50:50 JV, TSI Ventures, was allotted a 12-acre plot in Nanakramguda, Hyderabad by the Andhra Pradesh Government for development of 1.5 million square feet IT park. This will be in the heart of the burgeoning IT zone which is coming up in Gachibowli. Leading corporates such as Microsoft, UBS, Wipro, TCS and Amazon among others have set up their operations here. Key management personnel, including globally renowned architects Pei, Cobb, Freed & Partners, have been identified for the project and progress is underway on it. ICICI Venture invested in the Company in 2006 through for land acquisition as well as development thereon.
