Shrinivas joined ICICI Venture in 2007 and focuses on buyout and control stake transactions within the manufacturing and engineering sectors. He has been involved in the buyout and portfolio management of Ace Refractories, VA Tech and Tebma Shipyards. Shrinivas works closely with the management team of portfolio companies in matters such as acquisition integration, business plans and finance/accounts.

Prior to ICICI Venture, Shrinivas worked with Macquarie Bank as an Associate in the Investment Banking division and with AF Ferguson (now a part of Deloitte) as a Management Consultant. He has over 6 years of work experience across consulting, investment banking and private equity.

Shrinivas is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from RA Podar College, Mumbai and an MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
