Rushank joined ICICI Venture in 2007 and focuses on investments in Lifesciences, Chemicals and on Cross Border investments. He is associated with managing the investments in Swiss Biosciences AG, a joint venture to build a Global Clinical Research Organization (CRO). Prior to joining ICICI Venture , Rushank has been with the Aditya Birla Group (since December 2003) in their Corporate Finance Department, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, institutionalization of value based management modules. He has also worked with Pfizer India for their Strategic Planning and Business Development department for a year.

Rushank is a Chartered Accountant.
