Harmanpreet Singh joined ICICI Venture in 2007 and focuses on mezzanine investments. He has also been involved in fund raising for India's first Mezzanine Fund (IAF VII). Prior to ICICI Venture, he has worked in Credit Ratings and Project Finance for two years. As Manager, Financial Sector Ratings, CRISIL, he handled a rating portfolio comprising Banks & Housing Finance companies. His project finance exposure at SBI Capital Markets involved deals in media, shipping, textile and urban infrastructure space.

Harman is an Electronics engineer from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, Patiala and an MBA from e Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode.
