Hardeep joined ICICI Venture in 2009 and focuses on investments in the real estate space.

Hardeep has over 12 years of work experience in real estate business and has successfully led businesses in property consulting, asset management, development management, valuations and brokerage including setting up and heading then Property Services Group in ICICI Bank. In his last twelve years as a real estate professional he has successfully structured several transactions including joint ventures, private equity placements, advised several funds and HNI's on their investments in Indian real estate and brokered land acquisitions, commercial office and IT park transactions for such clients across major cities. Prior to joining ICICI Venture he was Managing Director for a realty vertical at Centrum. This vertical provides investment banking, PE, advisory, funds management, portfolio management, asset management services in real estate space. Prior to joining Centrum Hardeep was the Group CEO of Kolte Patil Developers Ltd and Regenesis Project Management Company which is into real estate development, asset, portfolio and project management services.

Hardeep has MBA degree from Australia and a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from Mangalore University.
