Bhaskar Baroi joined the real estate team in 2008 as Vice President. He is a MBA graduate and prior to that obtained Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) both from Pune University. 

Bhaskar has more than eight years experience in Real Estate. He started his career in HDFC and has also worked with Standard Chartered Bank in the “Commercial Real Estate" department where his responsibilities along with Credit Appraisal were also deal sourcing & client relationship management. Prior to joining ICICI Venture, he worked with Deutsche Bank, involved in equity, mezzanine and structured deals with offshore investors in focus. Throughout his career, he has worked on real estate deals involving with various developers like Kumar Builders, Rahejas, Hiranandani, Kalpataru to mention a few.
