Ajitabh joined ICICI Venture in 2008. He currently focuses on evaluating investment opportunities in the manufacturing sector. Prior to joining ICICI Venture, Ajitabh worked as an Investment Professional at Blue River Capital where he focused on investments in auto components, logistics, power equipments and the life sciences sectors. Prior to Blue River Capital, he has worked with American Express in their proprietary consulting division, focusing on strategic and financial projects. Ajitabh began his career as a Management Trainee with GE Commercial Finance.

Ajitabh has a Masters and Bachelors degree in Biochemical Engineering & Biotechnology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
